Rates

​

Rates include the camper, the site fee and road fee for 2 adults

 

$145.00 per night with a 2 night minimum. This is for 2 adults and up to 4 children. No more than 2 adults per camper.

​

$300.00 Booking Deposit. Once your reservation dates are confirmed, they are held with a booking deposit. Your booking deposit guarantees your rental and is applied to your balance. Booking deposits are non-refundable. However, we will refund it if the booking is canceled within 24 hours of making it. Refunds on deposits are reduced by 3% to cover card processing fees. 

 

$500.00 security deposit paid at time of check in (must be on Visa or Mastercard) This is fully refundable in 48-72 hours of checkout, pending inspection of camper. Campers are expected to be left in the condition you received it.  Damage and/or excessive cleaning as well as cost of missing items will be deducted from your security deposit.

Reservations must be made with a credit card.  Your card will be charged at the time of check in unless you pay with cash.

​

Generator Rental per 24 hours: $25.00

Predator 3500, supplied with gasoline and shall be returned full or you will be charged $6.00 per gallon to refill.

Cancellation Policy

​

Cancellations are not accepted for major holiday weekends.

Cancellations must be made more than 72 hours before your reservation check in time. (Check in time is 2 PM) Deposit is forfeited.

​

Cancellations made with-in that 72 hours will be charged 50% of the reservation balance plus the booking deposit is forfeited.

​

No-Shows will be charged the full rate.
